My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, empathy, and a deep respect for the unique experiences of each individual. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self and feel understood.

I’m casual, personable, and approachable, striving to foster an environment where you feel comfortable to open up and explore your feelings.
